How long will it take for my order to ship?

As of 9/12/2020, processing and shipping times are no longer 14 business days. They are now 3-5 business days!

The post office lost my order, what can I do?

Unfortunately, you will have to speak to your local post office supervisor for further instruction. JuicyLipz By Taylor is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

An item was missing out of my order, how can I receive the product?

Please send us an email at lipzbytaylor@gmail.com along with your name and order number and we will be glad to assist you!

Will you provide refunds/exchanges for your customers?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! No we do not provide refunds/exchanges.

I want my pouch to be flavored/scented, how can I order my pouch with flavor?

Please put desired flavor with the color gloss you would like that specific flavor. 

Why was the price of the 8 oz pouch

increased?

Unfortunately, vendors have increased the price of both of the gloss base and the pouches they come in which affected the pricing, We do offer Sezzle and AfterPay as payment options at checkout which allows you to put down just 25% of your total purchase. 


What are your customer service hours? 

Customer service is Mon-Fri 10a-5p EST. Shipping days will be Wed, Thur, Fri. Every week. This is also to help divide time evenly between producing orders, answering emails, and making sure your products are made with perfection.
